Transitions… Solution Building… Coaching

Why Choose Us

When you choose Stiletto Management, you gain a partner who understands that if individuals and organizations are to survive in today’s workplace, Human Resources cannot be a one-fit-for-all-fix. Instead, individuals and organizations must embrace, reinvent and invest in creative, custom, and customer focused Human Resources.

Stiletto Management can help you prepare, compete and impact personal and organizational effectiveness reflective of our ever-evolving workforce.  We will help you step out of the restraints of yesterday’s Human Resources Box into the world of work where partnerships, technological literacy, critical thinking and problem solving are at the forefront of daily competencies.

As a fully or partially retained HR partner, Stiletto Management will add an experienced, hands-on approach to prevalent Human Resources needs related to Transitions (Individual and Organizational), Solution Building (In-Depth, Stay and Exit Interviews and Analysis and 3rd Party Investigations) and Coaching (Executive, Organizational, Succession).
